Shmyhal: Ukraine has suffered more than $500 billion in damage
He stressed at yesterday’s meeting with the leaders of the three EU countries – the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovenia in Kyiv – that Russia should pay for the reconstruction of Ukraine after the war.
