The 41-year-old actress lost 40 pounds during the “Year of Health” and now she has revealed that the secret weapon for her weight loss was walking.
“My goal was to be healthier and lose unwanted weight. I knew deep down that I was not the healthiest version of myself because of work commitments.”, she said.

Rebel, who has Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, was having problems with fertility and the doctor told her it would be good for her to start living healthier. She promised herself that 2020 would be a “Year of Health” for her.
“The doctor told me: Rebel, the best way to reduce unwanted body fat is to simply walk. It does not have to be high-intensity or uphill, just moderate walking for an hour a day. If you can do it for yourself, for your body type, it’s the best way to burn unwanted body fat.”

“I told myself I had to be gentle with myself. In 2020 I lost weight, but very, very gradually. Sometimes I pushed myself, but most of the time I did things like walk for an hour a day.
Sometimes, the simplest thing like going out and walking for an hour a day is the most gentle thing on your body and your body will respond to it.”, Wilson told Apple Fitness +.
