Soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces raised the first flag of Ukraine today on the left bank of the Dnipro River in the Kherson region, the “Karlson” unit announced on Facebook.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces raised the first flag of Ukraine on the left bank of the Dnipro River
“This flag was raised by the fighters of the “Karlson” special unit – it will become a bridge for deoccupation on the left bank of the Kherson region. The operation was a success, thanks to the boys’ precise coordination and offensive skills. Everything will be Ukraine!”, the message says.
In the released video, it can be seen that the Ukrainian flag is placed on a crane at the river port, it is visible for hundreds of meters around.
