Melissa Carmen Bulanhagui is a former figure skating champion. Today she is 30 years old, and 10 years ago she was one of the most successful in this sport in America. She was born in Pennsylvania but is originally from the Philippines.
Her new career shocked the world, especially her former colleagues.
While part of the US national team, she faced numerous problems and pressures that affected her mental health. She failed to cope with stress and began to lead a vicious life by consuming alcohol.

“I was third in America and champion of the Philippines, and a junior was sent to replace me at the Sochi Olympics. I was really good, I sacrificed everything I had. Because of such injustices, I became an unhappy person who lives a really bad life.” – Melissa said in 2015, and the same year she left professional sports.
Towards the end of her career, she worked for some time as a skating coach in Thailand and America but says she was too young and failed to establish authority.
In addition, she worked as a waitress, saleswoman and model, but failed to earn enough money.
In 2019, she became an adult film actress and the face of the adult site. She is known by her stage name Jada Kai.

“It was really hard for me, I knew people would judge me, but obviously slipping was not my destiny.” – said Melissa.
On her Instagram account, she says that she does not believe that she has successfully made all kinds of ice figures every day.

It is really unfortunate that such talents fail to find their deserved place in sports. There are numerous examples where female athletes end their careers ingloriously and unfortunately find their “future” in the adult film industry.
