The star of “Fast & Furious” lost his life in a car accident 10 years ago, but his loved ones never got over it and forgot.
On the occasion of his 50th birthday, his daughter Meadow shared an old photo of them and wrote in the description:
“Happy birthday to my guardian angel. Thank you for your love, friendship, guidance, sunshine and for raising me to see all the beauty in the world. You are the kindest, humblest, most generous and caring soul I know. From a young age, he taught me to always treat everyone with respect, do good deeds and take care of our planet. I love you and miss you every day.”
Vin Diesel, who was best friends with Walker, doesn’t let a single important date go by without paying tribute to him on social media. He shared a photo with Paul and wrote:
“For me, this photo represents the moment I knew we would be brothers forever. January 2010, the night before we left for Haiti… the passion and joy you had to help people. He said that first responders don’t have to wait for anyone… and that you want to dedicate your life to that. Well, as much as I wish I could have cut a cake and sung ‘Happy Birthday’ for your big 50th, I know we probably wouldn’t have. Because you would be in Maui or Morocco or somewhere on the planet where people need help.
I miss you… I love you. Happy Birthday”.
Paul died in late 2013 after a car driven by a friend hit a utility pole and tree and burst into flames in Santa Clarita, California. Earlier, they were at a humanitarian event.
