Drinking water is must-do for everybody because water is life. Drinking water is the healthiest thing you can do. But, if you skip drinking water enough, these signs will tell you and that can cause very serious health problems.


It’s a well-known fact that water makes up 55-78% of the human body. Water is needed to help maintain a healthy weight, flush toxins from the body, and produce bodily fluids like saliva. Don’t create health problems when you haven’t.

1. A dry mouth

A dry mouth is a very obvious symptom of not drinking water enough because our tongue and lips are almost always wet. Sugary drinks and coffee can make your mouth even dryer, so don’t think soda is a solution for a dry mouth. Always drink water with coffee, maybe it’s strange, but drink even with soda.

2. Your eyes are dry

Water directly passes through your mouth and throat, but these are not the only organs that become dry with reduced water intake. Your eyes also become dry and reddish and feel like burning. People who wear contact lenses must take care of their daily water intake since dryness can cause infections. Interesting fact: without water in your body, you can’t even cry!

3. A dry skin

A healthy organism always has moist skin, since it helps release toxins faster. Also, if you don’t intake water enough, you can do harm to your good looks as well. Dry skin can crack easier, flocks might appear and your blood vessels might become visible as well!

7. Your muscle mass decreases

Your muscles are comprised mostly of water. Less water in the body it also means less muscle mass. Drinking water before, during, and after a workout will keep you hydrated and comfortable, and it also brings water to the right places in your body and decreases the chance of developing inflammation and soreness related to exercise and weightlifting.

8. Premature aging

With drinking water – your body flushes out toxins.
