After much anticipation, Khloe shared the news during the season 3 premiere of The Kardashians on May 25.
The couple’s second child, born via surrogate nearly a year ago, has been named Tatum. The name continues the family tradition of starting with the letter “T,” just like their 5-year-old daughter True Thompson.

While Khloe confirmed the name choice, she explained that the surrogacy process made her feel less connected to Tatum compared to her experience with True.
Naming their child proved to be a challenging task for Khloe, and she expressed her relief in finally settling on a name.
