Justin Timberlake was arrested in the Hamptons for driving under the influence. The 43-year-old singer was pulled over after running a stop sign. He refused a breathalyzer test, insisting he had only one martini.

The arresting officer, unaware of Timberlake’s identity, was unfazed when Justin mentioned his world tour. The police report noted Timberlake’s bloodshot eyes, strong alcohol odor, slurred speech, and unsteady walk. He failed all sobriety tests.
Timberlake had been partying at a bar in Sag Harbor before driving. A witness reported he was very drunk and drinking from others’ tables. He was released from the police station and is due in court on July 26.
