Seraphina, one of the three children of Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck, bravely shared last weekend that she is transgender, now going by the name Fin.

During a memorial for Garner’s late father, Fin made a poignant appearance in a black suit and short hair, introducing himself by his new name before reading from the Bible. The service was broadcast live on Facebook following the recent passing of Garner’s father at 85.
Fin, previously seen with short hair in February, officially announced his gender identity and new name at the memorial. He is the middle child of Garner and Affleck, who also share a daughter Violet (18) and a son Samuel (15) from their marriage, which ended in 2018 after their separation in 2015.
Despite their divorce, Garner and Affleck have maintained an amicable relationship. Fin’s connection with Jennifer Lopez’s daughter, Emme, who also doesn’t identify strictly as female, has grown since Ben’s marriage to JLo.
Fin has shown a preference for short hair and more masculine clothing for years, though discussions about his gender identity had not been public until now. After revealing his new name, Fin was spotted heading to a beauty salon with his mother, Jennifer, dressed in shorts and a baggy black T-shirt.
