Catherine met with staff, volunteers and donors who help maintain the Shout service launched in 2019 with a grant from the Royal Foundation.
The Duchess’s visit was on the occasion of reaching one million conversations with people in need.
Shout is a messaging support service that offers free and confidential help to anyone facing problems such as depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, or stress.
