Many brands have taken advantage of this situation and are selling their own branded antiseptics, thus increasing their earnings. The same idea came to Kylie Jenner, one of the sisters of the Kardashian-Jenner clan who has already earned a large amount of money with her cosmetic brand.

Disinfectant in spray, packaged in an alluring pink bottle is the new product he added to the Kylie Skin skincare collection. Unlike many other products from its brand, the hand sanitizer – which contains 80% alcohol and supposedly prevents the skin from drying out, will sell out within a few hours of launch.

Some blame her, some praise her
Many people on social media accuse 23-year-old Kylie Jenner of profiting from the pandemic. Namely, they concluded that its disinfectant costs $7, while some other alternative disinfectants are much cheaper.

She obviously wants to make money on the pandemic,” wrote one disappointed fan, while another commented: “Kylie launched a disinfectant spray as if it were something special.” But, as always, there were hundreds of comments from people praising her for her move, describing Kylie Skin disinfectant as “the best hand sanitizer” and looking forward to buying it.

Insensitive to tragedy?
This is not the first time Kylie’s name has been used in the fight against the pandemic. Last year, she donated a million dollars to health professionals in Los Angeles. But she is still criticized for being “completely deaf” to someone else’s tragedy and squandering wealth while others starve to death from the coronavirus.

Kylie promoted its brand Kylie Cosmetics in 2015, and in 2019 strengthened it with Kylie Skin.
