Kim Kardashian recently celebrated her 43rd birthday with a star-studded party that included the attendance of several family members, from Khloé Kardashian to Kendall and Kylie Jenner. Yet, one prominent family member, Kourtney Kardashian, was conspicuously missing from the festivities.
