It is Ramsey Hunt Syndrome, caused by a virus, and as a result, the right side of his face is paralyzed.

The video shows that his right side does not move at all, and in the description, he asked the fans to pray for him.

His statement reads:

“Hello, Justin is here.

I wanted to let you know what was going on. Obviously, as you can see from my face, I have a syndrome called Ramsey Hunt, a virus that attacks nerves in the ear and face and causes facial paralysis.

As you can see this eye does not blink, I can not laugh on that side, I have complete paralysis of half the face.

For those who are frustrated by the cancellation of shows, know that I am not physically able to perform them. It’s pretty serious, I wish it wasn’t the condition, but obviously, my body wants me to have fun.

I hope you understand, I have to rest and relax so I can do what I planned and get my face back to normal.

I love you, thank you for your patience. I will get better, I do exercises. It only takes time, but we do not know how much. It will be good, I hope, I believe in God and that all this has a reason, even though I do not know what it is.”
