Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny allowed Britney Spears to hire her lawyer after a shocking testimony about the violent custody that has controlled her life for 13 years.
Penny has approved Spears to be represented by former Attorney General Matthew Rosengart, who has called on his father, Britney Spears, to step down immediately.
