Meghan Markle paid tribute to the victims of the shooting at an elementary school in Texas.

Meghan Markle unannounced visits the memorial and lays flowers for Texas school shooting victims
The Duchess of Sussex traveled privately from California to Texas and visited a memorial site near Rob Elementary School, where the massacre took place, to lay a bouquet of white roses. Meghan left the bouquet on the cross of 10-year-old Uzia Garcia who was one of 19 students shot next to their two teachers by an 18-year-old.

Meghan also visited a blood donation center where she donated food to blood donors. A volunteer at the center said Megan did not want to know who she was during the visit and showed up in Texas unannounced.
The purpose of the trip was for Meghan to personally express her condolences and support to all those affected by the tragedy in the role of a mother.
