The 52-year-old singer and actress received the award given to her for her influence in pop culture and dedicated the award to her fans.
At last night’s ceremony in Los Angeles, JLO erected a statuette in an olive-green dress by Stephen Roland.

She received support from her daughter Emme and beloved Ben Affleck.

“I appreciate this too much, too much. I would like to be able to tell you that awards are the most important to me, but that is not true. Do not think that I do not appreciate these brilliant, shiny things because I really appreciate them. I can not lie, everyone knows I love them. But that’s not the reason I’m doing it. That is not the most important thing to me. In fact, I’m doing it for you. Because of you, I do what I love most in life, and that is the most beautiful blessing.
It’s a gift you give me and I want to thank you. I thank everyone who comes to the concert, streams my song, watches my movie, follows me. “You give me the opportunity every day to live a life that, as a little girl growing up in the Bronx, I could not have imagined would come true.”, Lopez said in her speech.
