Queen Elizabeth was unable to attend the ceremony in London. Although the Queen recently tested positive for COVID-19, palace sources revealed that the reason for her absence was not the illness.

The 40-year-old Duchess looked elegant in a royal blue combination that included a Catherine Walker coat and sapphire jewelry that matched her engagement ring that previously belonged to Princess Diana.
