Prince William and Duchess Catherine looked elegant on the green carpet at the Earthshot Prize in London.
For the ceremony, the 39-year-old members of the British Royal family dressed models they already had in their closet and asked guests to think about the environment when choosing their stylings.

Catherine chose to wear the Alexander McQueen creation in which she shone at the 2011 Bafta in Los Angeles, while William wore a green jacket he wore two years ago.
The Earthshot Prize is awarded for the first time this year and will be awarded in the next 10 years by the Royal Foundation. They were launched by Prince William and Sir David Attenborough. A cash prize of 1 million each are awarded to five participants whose solutions have been proven to help solve environmental problems.

“The actions we choose or do not choose to take in the next 10 years will determine the fate of the planet for the next thousand years. The future is up to us, and if we are committed to it, nothing is impossible. I want to say something to the young people who see me tonight. We have not done enough for too long to protect the planet for your future. But Earthshot is for you. We will act in the next 10 years. We will find solutions to fix our planet.”, said William.

Duchess Catherine presented the final award.
