According to local station KIAH, the dedicated firefighters took just 10 minutes to extinguish the flames, arriving at the scene in a remarkable three minutes. Fortunately, the couple and their two children who reside in the duplex emerged unharmed.

Purchased in 1981 for $64,000, the property witnessed the early years of Beyoncé Gisele Knowles-Carter, now an international pop star and the most-awarded artist in Grammy history. The Knowles family departed in 1986 after the birth of another Grammy-winning artist, Solange Piaget Knowles.
TMZ reports indicate that the house, boasting a spiral staircase, three bathrooms, and an office, garnered attention last year when a neighboring lot sold for $310,000. Meanwhile, Beyoncé recently concluded her $579 million Renaissance World Tour with two performances in Houston in September.
