According to documents obtained by The Blast, 29-year-old Noor filed a request for full physical custody of the son, which they had with the 83-year-old actor three months ago. She agreed to give Pacino legal custody, which would allow him to be involved in important decisions related to the child such as education, treatment and religion.
The couple, who have been dating since April last year, were photographed two weeks ago.
