The service was held in Westminster Abbey on the occasion of the centenary of the Royal British Legion and the Queen’s daughter Princess Anne, added cane to the Queen after they both got out of a limousine in central London. The Queen smiled as she entered the church through the courtyard, instead of the Grand West Gate, as usual, and Buckingham Palace declined to comment on the incident.
