Heather Kristin replaces Kristin Davis as Charlotte in the cult series as she prepares for filming before Davis arrives. She tells what her work looked like, but also the unpleasant experiences on the set.
Heather Kristine (47) is a woman who starred in four seasons of the hit series Sex and the City and worked as a replacement for actress Kristin Davis, who played the character of Charlotte.
Substitution for the main actress means an actress who looks like her and presents her when the stage is set, lighting is set up, etc., before the main actress comes on set.

But Heather doesn’t have fond memories of that period. She says it was toxic to be part of the set, that she suffered humiliation and abuse and that is why she decided to leave Hollywood forever.
She had to act out scenes instead of Kristin Davis visiting a gynecologist when her legs were stretched and taped to keep her from moving. She says her cheeks burned with discomfort while she was in that compromising pose.
Heather Kristin reveals that she happened to fall asleep in a chair on a set after working hard for more than 60 hours a week. On one such occasion, people on the set made fun of her. They glued her to a chair while she slept and made derogatory videos of her.

She then added that she received negative comments about the appearance of her body, but did not complain because she was afraid that she would lose her regular salary.
She started avoiding the common areas where she had lunch and played the violin on the sidelines during filming breaks.

“I realized that being an actor was not a good career choice for my health, so I started looking for a new path for myself,” says Heather Kristin.
She adds that a colleague on the set told her that her nose was too big for the screen and that they were never allowed to record a speech on set.
Heather Kristin says that on the first day of work, a member of the team complained that she was a little taller than Davis, so they should not give her the job as her “deputy”.

Heather Kristin says it was filmed 16 hours a day. But he adds that there were many positive experiences on the set such as the collaboration with actresses Sarah Jessica Parker and Kristin Davis.
