At the ceremony held in Santa Monica, the 52-year-old star appeared in a black outfit. The dress with a deep neckline is the work of the Mônot brand.

After receiving the award, Lopez gave a speech and could not hold back her tears.
“I want to thank the people who gave me this life. I want to thank the people who gave me joy and those who broke my heart. Those who were honest and those who lied to me. I want to thank her for her true love and I thank him for the way I lied to myself because that’s how I knew I had to grow. I want to thank them for the disappointment and failure that they taught me to be strong. And to my children who taught me to love. I want to say thank you to all the people who told me, in person or behind my back, that I could not do this. I really think I would not have succeeded without you. And I know I would not do this without the fans watching the movies, you are the reason I am here. I love you.”, Lopez said in a speech.
