The EU ambassadors agreed to exclude banks VTB, Russia and Discovery, as well as Novikombank, Promsvyazbank, Sovcombank and VEB.Russia from the SWIFT system, the Bloomberg news agency reported today, citing the agreed list.

As mentioned, the list includes a number of banks that have already been sanctioned by the Union.
At the same time, it is emphasized that Sberbank and Gazprombank are not yet included in the list. It has been noted that the list is subject to corrections.
